November 2, 2025: Registration Opens on OISA website

November 13, 2025: In-person Registration: 6-7:30 pm

• Blind Onion Pizza & Pub, 3345 NE Broadway

• Portion of proceeds donated to the team.

November 23, 2025: Registration Deadline

December  1, 2025: Team Roster Announced

Rider Requirements

Riders must:

• Commit to competitions (no prior experience required)

• Ride lifts independently

• Link turns smoothly

• Keep pace with their group

Rider Registration – Steps 1-4 Due by Nov. 23rd, Step 5 due prior to the start of season

1. Create an OISA Live Heats account using the rider's email. You will be able to include parent emails elsewhere within the form. 

   • Complete online. League: Metro

   • Forward the confirmation email to: nepdxsnowboardteam.registrar@gmail.com this will be used as a time stamp.

2. Meadows Waiver

   • Complete online 

   • Forward the confirmation email (from websales@skihood.com) to: nepdxsnowboardteam.registrar@gmail.com

3. Payment – $900

   • Via Zelle: NEsnowboardteam.treasurer@gmail.com, Dawn Leritz Treasurer

   • Via Check (payable to NE PDX Snowboard Team):

     1. Drop off November 13th, in-person registration: Blind Onion Pizza, 3345 NE Broadway, Portland, OR 97232

     2. Mail to : Dawn Leritz, P.O Box 42404, Portland OR 97242

4. Complete the Team Google Form.

5. MHM All Access Season Pass 

   • Purchase after your team spot is confirmed 

   • Note: non-refundable, prices may rise

3. PPS Background Check

   • Complete online

   • Forward the confirmation email to: nepdxsnowboardteam.registrar@gmail.com

   • If you need your confirmation email from PPS resent, request it from: securityservices@pps.net

Please complete step 3 even if you are not able to volunteer at this time. 

Team Cap & Priority (50 Riders)

1. Returning riders

2. Freshmen

3. Sophomores

4. Juniors

5. Seniors

• Within each category, preference may be given to favor riders who are committed to competing or to develop a gender balance. Riders exceeding the 50 rider cap will be waitlisted or may be offered non-competing positions.

• Starting in the 2027 season, returning riders will be prioritized only if they compete in at least half of the competitions in the 2026 season (accounting for injuries or academic ineligibility).

Refund Policy

• Full refund if not accepted

• 95% refund if withdrawn before Dec 1

• No refund after Dec 1
